Desa ParkCity is developed by ParkCity (also known as Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd), the property arm of the Sarawak-based conglomerate, the Samling Group. Under the leadership of Group CEO Datuk Joseph Lau, the developer transformed a barren quarry into one of Malaysia's most successful and liveable master-planned townships.
